Upon receipt of the parcel with your order, you need to carefully inspect the product, do the first fitting on underwear without removing the original tags and protective stickers from the crotch, and take a photo in a swimsuit from the front and back. If you find a defect or non-compliance with your measurements, you must immediately contact the company within 3 days from the date of receipt of the parcel; to replace the swimsuit, you must send it back within a maximum of 7 days from the date of receipt of the parcel, providing us with documents with the number and date of shipment.

Items that Can’t be Returned
1) Worn (used) products.
2) If the product was damaged as a result of careless handling of the goods or through the fault of the postal service.

Can I return sale items?
Unfortunately, in case of sale we do not accept return or refund.

In which case I can make return or refund?
1)If the product is made according to other (not your) measurements.
2)If the product has a defect that cannot be corrected and other manifest manufacturing defects that cannot be corrected.

Our return policy is quite strict because we are committed to very high quality.
The product must be unused, in original packaging and with all tags.

What is not a defect?
Product that slightly differs in color – it is very important to understand that all photos are taken in a photo studio and depending on the screen settings of your device, the color of the product may differ slightly.

Where’s My Refund?
After we receive the goods and in full compliance with the requirements described above, you will be refunded. According to the Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Consumer Rights”, a refund is made within 7 days from the date of receipt of the returned goods. Refunds are made in the same way and to the same person who paid for the order. Please note that in the case of paying for goods with a bank card, the refund period depends on the policy of the card issuing bank.
