How to take measurements correctly

When tailoring remotely, we focus only on the measurements taken by the customer, it is better to photograph the process of taking measurements – this will allow us to correct the values of inaccurate measurements taken.

The gymnast must wear lingerie/tight training clothing, ideally a bodysuit that the gymnast wears under her leotard for competition.
Measurements are taken close to the body, stretched with a centimeter tape, without overtightening, but also without additional freedom of fitting (without additional reserves).

For several basic measurements, it is necessary to tie an elastic band around the waist of the gymnast. Pull the elastic slightly with your finger, after you have tied it and release it so that it becomes at the narrowest point – the waist. Without an elastic band at the waist, it will be impossible to take measurements 7 and 8 correctly. Be careful, don’t neglect it!
